Mill City Ventures, a Nasdaq-listed company, has significantly increased its SUI holdings to 81.87 million tokens, now valued at $316 million as of August 10, 2025. The firm purchased an additional 5.6 million tokens for $20 million at an average price of $3.65 per token, strengthening its strategic focus on LAYER 1 blockchain technology.

Transitioning from specialty lending to digital asset treasury management, Mill City secured a $450 million private placement to fund its substantial sui position. Through a direct arrangement with the Sui Foundation, the company obtained discounted tokens, enhancing its institutional presence and generating an estimated $9.5 million annually from staking rewards.
